Top Tier Carts does provide a warranty to ALL new top tier carts models. Top Tier Carts provides a warranty for parts only and customer may be subject to a labor charge of $75/hr.
3-year limited warranty on our carts, a 5-year warranty on our 2024 batteries, and a 1-year limited warranty on all electronics as described below.Carts with Eco Batteries have an 8 year warranty provided by Eco Battery. Carts must be purchased from an authorized VENOM EV dealer for a valid warranty.
